System/Network Administrator and User Support

Technical and interpersonal skills:

• Solid networking skills required (VPN, NAT, Routing, Proxy, NAC, …)
  Knowledge of firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Barracuda, and Fortinet)
  Knowledge of Cisco and Aruba technologies.
  Cloud knowledge, Azure, VoIP if possible
  Very good knowledge in Citrix, VMware
  Very good knowledge in Office suite
  Mobile device management (iPhone, Samsung)
  Experience in security
  Exemplary attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
  Ability to propose innovative solutions
  Fluent in French, both spoken and written.
  Good level of English, both spoken and written
  Good stress management
  Autonomous
  Ability to analyze a problem until its resolution

 

• Job description:
  Participate in IT projects
  Ensure and collaborate in the deployment of various systems, network, equipment, and IT services
  Ensure the operation, maintenance, and proper functioning of various systems, equipment, and IT or security services
  Install and administer the computer hardware and software inventory
  Ensure daily verification of the infrastructure’s operational state, thus ensuring the continuity and security/backup of the systems
  Maintain the product/service catalog
  Plan and execute maintenance schedules (outside of production hours).
  Manage subcontracting for incident follow-ups, installations, and technical problems (in relation with direct suppliers)
  Keep informed and exchange on different solutions and technological evolutions
  Establish and regularly update documentation, inventories, guides, and manuals
  Provide active support to users on the use of tools/programs/services and equipment provided.
  Assist users facing technical problems or usage issues
  As well as all other activities related to the competence and the professions of IT and security.
