As a licensed asset manager, this family office prides itself on delivering highly individualized services across a broad spectrum of financial instruments, from traditional investments to alternative ventures in Venture Capital and Private Equity.

 

Role Summary:

 

We seek a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Senior Client Advisor Assistant. This pivotal position involves working closely with the office’s advisors and portfolio managers, focusing on the Front Office operations. 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Efficient maintenance of payment transactions and the administration of accounts and securities accounts, alongside the establishment and supervision of private investment companies.
  • Confident and professional communication both internally and externally, including interactions with clients, banks, tax advisors, and other partners/service providers. Fluency in German and English is required, with proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish highly regarded.
  • Active contribution to the company’s development through the creation and refinement of reports, templates, analyses, and contracts.
  • Compilation and upkeep of consolidated portfolio statements.
  • Assistance with the documentation and oversight of securities transactions.
  • Coordination, planning, and preparation of business trips and client meetings.
  • Vigilant monitoring of accounts to promptly identify any discrepancies or unexpected transactions.
  • Oversight of cash flows, including tracking of interest payments and maturities.

 

Your Skills and Experience

 

  • A solid foundation of commercial training, ideally complemented by a degree specializing in business studies.
  • Proven professional experience in a role of similar capacity.
  • A keen interest in investment, international banking, and family office dynamics.
  • A team player with initiative, a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt flexibly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong command of German and English, with additional language skills in Portuguese and/or Spanish being advantageous.
